Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Credit unions are cooperative savings and credit associations incorporated under Act #260 of May 1993, oar Act #183 of Sept. 1961 for the purpose of promoting thrift among its members. Also to create a source of credit for such members at reasonable rates to use and control their own money on a democratic basis in order to improve their own economic and social condition.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	As required by the Federal Credit Union Act, each credit union is required to hold an 'Annual Meeting' each year where the members present will elect the Officers, Directors and Committee Members that represent the credit union membership.
