Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	The appointed delegates to the Council elect the Officers who then serve 3 year terms. The Officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Sergeant at Arms, and three Trustees.
