IN 2015, CREDIT ADVISORS FOUNDATION PROVIDED CREDIT COUNSELING TO 7,965 INDIVIDUALS, OF THESE, 5810 RECEIVED BUDGETS/CREDIT COUNSELING AND ACTION PLANS WHICH INCLUDED DEBT MANAGEMENT PLANS. 2,188 EDUCATION TOPIC SPECIFIC HOT SHEETS WERE DISTRIBUTED. CREDIT ADVISORS FOUNDATION ADDITIONALLY SUPPORTS ELECTRONIC EDUCATION THROUGH E-NEWSLETTER AND PUBLICATIONS GEARED TOWARD MONEY MANAGEMENT. CURRENTLY THERE ARE OVER 35,000 SUBSCRIBERS OF THIS INFORMATION. IN 2015, 353,535 CONSUMER PUBLICATIONS WERE DELIVERED WITH FOCUSES ON SPENDING, BUDGETING, AND CONSUMER NEWS AND ISSUE, ALL OF THESE ARE DISTRIBUTED FREE OF CHARGE. PUBLIC SPEAKERS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO GIVE PRESENTATIONS TO VARIOUS GROUPS REQUESTING FINANCIAL EDUCATION. AMONG THESE GROUPS ARE HIGH SCHOOLS, SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES, COLLEGES AND COMMUNITY AGENCY PARTNERS. SPEAKERS INSTRUCT THE GROUPS ON A WIDE VARIETY OF CONSUMER TOPICS RELATED TO THE PROPER USE AND MANAGEMENT OF CREDIT. APPROXIMATELY 842 PEOPLE AT 70 PRESENTATIONS BENEFITED FROM THESE SERVICES. FINALLY, OUR WEBSITE IS REGULARLY UPDATED WIITH VALUABLE CONSUMER INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO ON-LINE INTERACTIVE Q&A'S. OVER 105,696 UNIQUE VISITORS CAME TO OUR WEBSITE. BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING THE FOUNDATION IS APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE TO PROVIDE PRE-BANKRUPTCY COUNSELING AND CERTIFICATION IN PERSON, ON THE PHONE OR OVER THE INTERNET IN ALL 21 JUDICIAL DISTRICTS, AND ALABAMA AND NORTH CAROLINA, TO CONSUMERS EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND CONTEMPLATING BANKRUPTCY.
