What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences-Michigan (ASCLS-MI) is a Professional Organization for the Clinical Laboratory Sciences and is a constituent society of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS). ASCLS-MI was incorporated as a Non Profit Corporation in the State of Michigan on April 12, 1948.

28 Spring Conference: An annual, three-day conference open to anyone in the field of Clinical Laboratory profession which provides a variety of educational speakers, sessions, career advancement information, instrumentation demonstration and network opportunities.
