What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors is a professional trade association dedicated to serving the interests of commercial/investment real estate professionals throughout the state and to enhance the profitability and professionalism of its members by offering pertinent real estate information, education, legislative advocacy, networking opportunities, a code of ethics and discounts on useful business tools and services.
