Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The organization's members are the persons on the governing body, managing members, and committee members. Members are the elected and selected members of the Board of Directors and such other persons who may accept membership pursuant to invitation of the Board of Directors. Membership is on a non-stock basis. Officers of the Corporation include a Chairman, a Chairman-Elect, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. All Officer positions are elected by the Board with the exception of the Secretary, which shall be occupied by the Executive Director of the Corporation. The Board of Directors, including the Executive Committee, shall consist of seventeen (17) Directors. At the discretion of the Board, the number of Directors can be increased or decreased not to exceed twenty-one (21) or fall below seven (7).
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	A copy of the Form 990 is provided to officers. Officers come to the office of Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition, Inc. to review the Form 990. Then, the Treasurer signs the Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	In addition to periodic reviews, the organization requires biennial signatures of receipt, reading, understanding, and compliance of the policy.

FORM 990, PART VII, LINE 1A-COMPENSATION	All officers and directors are volunteers, so they do not receive compensation, with the exception of the Secretary, who is compensated as the Executive Director as discussed below regarding Form 990, Part VI, Line 3. They also do not report the number of hours they contribute to the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition, Inc. (LAGCOE). Since LAGCOE is a biennial event, the officers and directors contribute more hours in a show year than they do in a non-show year. In a non-show year, they may contribute 6 hours in the entire year (including a general board meeting to elect new officers in a non-show year).
