Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually by the Association's board members for any necessary changes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The Association's governing documents and financial statements are made available by request of the president, the fire chief, or at the City of Elk River's City Hall.
FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:	The board of trustees is charged with oversight of the yearly audit.
