Form 990, Header, Line A	United Consumers Credit Union requested an extension because the accounting department was short staffed and we were undergoing an external audit by external auditors as well as state and NCUA examiners.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	United Consumers Credit Union is a cooperative provider of financial services. Eligibility for membership to the credit union is based on where you live, work or worship.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Annual meeting is held in February in which members can nominate and vote on the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Board of Directors discuss the Form 990 filing after submission to the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	United Consumers Credit Union is audited by federal and state examiners annually. UCCU also has external auditor firm hired by the Supervisory Committee to conduct quarterly Agreed Upon procedures. UCCU has an internal control associate who reviews and reports various activities on a monthly basis. Various executives perform independent tests of conflicts of interest throughout the year.
