What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? OUR MISSION IS TO MEET THE LONG-TERM WATER SUPPLY NEEDS OF OUR REGION BY IDENTIFYING AND ACQUIRING ADDITIONAL SOURCES OF WATER SUPPLY.
