THE PURPOSE OF THIS PUBLICATION IS TO KEEP THE MEMBERS ABREAST OF CURRENT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES TAKING PLACE IN THE SOCIETY AND IN THE FIELD OF RAILROAD HISTORY. PERMANENT EQUIPMENT USED IN THE LIBRARIES INCLUDES FIRE PROOF STORAGE CABINETS. THE LIBRARY MATERIALS ARE CURRENTLY STORED IN THREE RIVERS, MASSACHUSETSS, AND PHILLIPSBURG, NEW JERSEY. TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDE THOSE TO ARRANGE ANNUAL CONVENTION WITH ATTENDANCE OF UP TO 600 MEMBERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC.
