THE PROGRAM OFFERS 90 DAYS OF CASE MANAGEMENT, FUNDS FOR HOUSING OR EVICTION PREVENTION AND OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDING ASSISTANCE OBTAINING BENEFITS, LEGAL SERVICES AND LINKAGES TO OTHER AREA SERVICES. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 320 HOUSEHOLDS AND 409 VETERANS. OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDED IN HOUSING PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM, AND HOYO/RHRP. RHRP SERVED 4 HOUSEHOLDS, OR 5 PEOPLE TOTAL. HOME OF YOUR OWN IS A SELF-HELP HOUSING PROGRAM BASED IN LOWELL, OREGON. NINCE HOUSEHOLDS HAVE COMPLETED BUILDING THEIR HOMES. THE IDA PROGRAM PROVIDES SAVINGS CLUBS, FINANCIAL LITERACY AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTS. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 36 INDIVIDUALS. AN ADDITIONAL 97 PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED SPECIAL FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS. STRENGTHENING PRESERVING AND REUNIFYING FAMILIES (SPRF) PROVIDES SUPPORT AND FINDS HOUSING FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES THAT HAVE AN OPEN CASE OR AN ASSESSMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES. LAST YEAR THE PROGRAM SERVED 22 FAMILIES TOTALING 74 INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE WHICH INCLUDED 48 CHILDREN. |
