Form 990 is reviewed by the CEO and the governing body for completeness and accuracy. Any necessary changes are then made by the accounting firm. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts | Every year the board members are required to read and sign the conflict of interest policy.
