Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	An election of officers is held every January where the general membership nominates and elects a new board of officers and board members.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Any changes to organizational bylaws made by the governing body are brought before the membership and voted on. Anything else that is to be voted on is done at the monthly board meetings are only voted on by officers and board members. Examples of these would be donations to be given, repairs to building, and how money is to be spent from a fundraiser.
