Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The firm of a licensed funeral director of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who is a member in good standing of a local association is eligible for membership. The Board of Governors is composed of the District Governors, the Immediate Past President, a member from the Quaker State Funeral Directors Association (choosen by that entity), and the officers. The District Governors are nominated and appointed by a vote of the member firms within the District.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	The bylaws can only be amended by two-third vote of the House of Delegates, a separate body elected or appointed by the local associations.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	A copy of Form 990 was reviewed by the Board of Governors and a presentation to the Board was made by the return preparers prior to it being filed.
