THE OFFICERS OF THS ORGANIZATION BELIEVED THAT THEIR ACCOUNTANT HAD E-FILED A REQUEST FOR A SECOND EXTENSION BEFORE AUGUST 15TH 2016, SINCE THEIR ACCOUNTANT HAD E-FILED A REQUEST FOR A FIRST EXTENSION BEFORE MAY 15TH 2016. THE ACCOUNTANT FOUND THAT THE SECOND EXTENSION WAS NOT E-FILED WHILE PREPARING THIS 990-PF TAX RETURN. THE ACCOUNTANT RESEARCED THE REASON FOR THIS ERROR AND FOUND AN ISSUE WITH THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM. THE ACCOUNTANT HAS MADE CHANGES TO THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM SO THAT THIS ERROR DOES NOT HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. FOR THESE REASONS WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST ANY PENALTIES AND INTEREST TO BE ABATED AS THESE POTENTIAL PENALTIES AND INTEREST WOULD BE DETRIMENTAL TO THIS ORGANIZATION.
