	The Corporation's sole function is to provide rental housing for those students who are members of Kappa Alpha Theta fraternity at the University of the Pacific. At the beginning of the fiscal year, 44 students were housed in the corporation's facility. At the end of the fiscal year, 37 students were housed in the corporation's facility.
