Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	Form 990 is reviewed by board members prior to the filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Officers receive an Officer Handbook. The written conflict of interest policy is provided to all Executive Board members, staff members, and other key stakeholders upon the commencement of their relationship with HCU. If a conflict of interest disclosure is presented, the member with the conflict may declare that they will obstain from the debate and decision. The policy is rviewed by the Executive Board at the start of each school year.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	Some documents are available to members on the Union's website. Other docuemnts are available upon request at the Union Office with reasonable notice.
Part VII Officer Compensation	Officer compensation is the amount reimbursed to the Hillsboro School District for release time spent on Union business either as an Officer or on a committee. All amounts reported in Part VII are included with other wages reported on a W-2 by the School District.
