| Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents | Effective 2/1/14 the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Pacific Northwest Administrative District Council (the ADC)was formed, which is comprised of 3 locals labor unions including the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworker Local #1 of Oregon. The ADC will handle all of the administrative functions for the affiliated local unions. Each affiliated local union will remain intact as a politically autonomous organization and will continue to conduct local union meetings and to otherwise serve as a focal point for communications between members and with Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers generally. A new constitution and bylaws for Bricklayers and Allied Craftworker Local # 1 was released March 2015 to incorporate these changes. |

Per the International Constitution, the ADC assumed all general assets effective 2/1/14. |
