THE SCIENTIFIC MEETING IS DESIGNED TO DISSEMINATE NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS AND TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS AND EXPAND BASIC KNOWLEDGE RELEVANT TO CLINICAL PRACTICE AND TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF PATIENT OUTCOMES. THE EDUCATIONAL ELEMENTS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE TARGETED AT SURGEONS, ONCOLOGISTS OF ALL DISCIPLINES, PHYSICISTS, NURSES, THERAPISTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED IN RADIOSURGERY. Clinical and Educational Resources - 1. Dosimetry Plan Library - an online tool used to educate physicians, medical physicists and dosimetrists on SRS/SBRT treatment planning techniques. Example cases are available to members to download and practice treatment planning techniques and compare with reference plans created by an expert panel. Treatment planning tips and tricks are provided by expert panel. 2. Online Continuing Medical Education (CME) Self-Assessment Modules - This is a library of educational courses on clinical and technical applications of SRS/SBRT presented by experts in the field. Physicians and medical physicists that successfully complete the online course are eligible for CME/CE credit. 3. RSS online journal dedicated to advancing the science and research of stereotactic body radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery within the Cureus Journal of Medical Science, www.Cureus.com. ; The Radiosurgery Society manages the content of the page, coordinates peer-review submission process and solicits manuscript submissions from RSS members and non-members. All abstracts and poster presentations presented at the RSS Annual Scientific Meeting are published in the Cureus Journal. 4. Mid-term meetings - The RSS co-hosts, supports and endorses mid-term meetings, symposium and workshops in conjunction with other professional medical organizations including the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.

Form 990, Part III, Line 2 The Radio Surgery Society developed new clinical and educational resources during this year. These included Dosimetry Plan Library, Online Continuing Medical Education, RSS Online Journal and mid-term meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 Members of the organization vote to elect the board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Members of the organization vote to elect the board of directors. Members also have the right to vote to change the bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Prelimary draft of the form 990 will go through review by the Executive Director. Upon approving the preliminary draft, a review by the entire board will be conducted.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Board of Directors are required to sign an agreement document which includes any conflict of interest. These conflicts are documented and incorporated into the board minutes.
