Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The cooperative will make the Form 990 available to its members and the public on request. A request would need to be made to the cooperative office which is open during normal business hours. The cooperative will also make Form 990 available to its members through its website once the website is up and running. Their website is currently under construction. The cooperative makes its governing documents and financial statements available to the public upon request. It also presents results from operations at the annual member meeting.
