Part X, Line 2:	The Association is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and comparable state law. In accordance with the Income Taxes Topic of the FASB Accounting Stanards Codification, management has evaluated the Association's tax positions and concluded that the Assocation has maintained its tax exempt status and has not taken any uncertain tax positons that require adjustments to, or disclosures in, the fianacial statements. Therefore, no provision for income taxes was included in the financial statements. Management believes that it no longer is subject to income tax examinations by any taxing authority for years before 2011.
