("OMS") for administrative and management services, including, but not limited to, providing a staff member to act as Executive Director of the Association, establishing and maintaining the books, guiding and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, and preparing and distributing financial statements to the Board of Directors.

The president appoints a nominating committee of three active members in good standing who then presents a list of nominees for election to the Board of Directors. Nominations may be offered from the floor by any active member of good standing and, if so ordered, elections for such contested offices shall be had by secret ballot - a majority of those voting being necessary to elect in each case. The Board of Directors elects the officers. No other decisions are approved or ratified by the members.
