	During 2015, Tysons Partnership's programmatic work included launch of a Tysons-wide Transportation Management Association to improve commute options and traffic flow; installation of new wayfinding signage to brand Tysons and improve visitor experience; production of events & markets to increase street-level vitality and enhance Tysons identity and reputation; marketing and media relations to raise awareness of and demand for Tysons. Additionally, in 2015 the Tysons Partnership created programs with council workplans and appointed Board Members to Chair each council with the below mission statements. Emerging Leaders Council. Council Mission is recognizing and empowering talented staff; fostering the development of leadership skills; engaging the next generation in the issues of this city; and cultivating a corps of successor Partnership Board members. Land Use Council. Council Mission is studying and advising the Partnership Board on policy issues relating to broad-impact land use matters in Tysons. Sustainability Council. Council Mission is working to fortify a Tysons-wide commitment to sustainable practices, and to leverage our collective capacity for environmental responsibility. Transportation Council. Council Mission is enhancing the economic vitality of Tysons by improving mobility and air quality through the creation and provision of services and materials that reduce traffic and promote the use of sustainable transportation options. Community Responsibility Council. Council Mission is fostering Tysons community engagement in the well-being of community members most in need.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Tysons Partnership has three membership categories - Board Members, Regular Members, and Associate Members. Board Members are provided one seat on the Governing Board and have the authority to vote on policy and direction. Regular Members and Associate Members do not have the right to vote on any organizational or policy decisions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Tysons Partnership has three membership categories - Board Members, Regular Members, and Associate Members. Board Members are provided one seat on the Governing Board and have the authority to vote on policy and direction. Regular Members and Associate Members do not have the right to vote on any organizational or policy decisions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Tysons Partnership engaged an external Certified Public Accountant to prepare its Form 990. Once the CPA completed a draft copy of Form 990, the organization's President reviewed the Form 990. Further, the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors reviewed the Form 990 before it was distributed to the full Board of Directors for information purposes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Tysons Partnership engaged a professional recruiting company to assist in locating its sole employee, its President. That company advised Tysons Partnership on compensation levels, benefits, etc. The Executive Committee approved the final compensation agreement and approves any subsequent compensation changes for the President.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Tysons Partnership makes its governing documents and financial statements available to the public upon request.
