What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE WASHINGTON FOUNDATION FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE IS TO PLAN AND EXECUTE AN ANNUAL LEGAL SEMINAR FOR CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEYS IN WASHINGTON STATE. ALL INCOME COMES FROM FUNDS GENERATED BY THE ANNUAL SEMINAR. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PLANS AND ORGANIZES MAJOR CHALLENGES IN THE DUI ARENA AND HELPS TO FUND MAJOR ISSUES IN DUI DISSENT.
