What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS FOR MID-LEVEL MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BURBANK, CA. IT MAKES SURE THAT THEY HAVE FAIR REPRESENTATION IN ALL EMPLOYEE RELATED MATTERS BETWEEN THEM AND THE CITY OF BURBANK. IT ALSO OFFERS MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN GROUP RATES FOR MEDICAL AND VISION INSURANCE NOT OFFERED TO THEM BY THE CITY OF BURBANK. MEMBERS ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN GROUP RATES FOR MOVIE TICKETS AND SEE'S CANDY PURCHASES.
