What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote and sponsor downtown activities, clean up graffiti, and assist in facade improvements.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Tulare Improvement Program sponsored activities such as Summer Sally and Cinco de Mayo to bring families and other consumers to the downtown Tulare district. They also help downtown businesses with graffiti clean up and facade improvements such as antique style lights and brick work.
