What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The primary exempt purpose is to broaden the knowledge of the Association's members, the credit and risk management professionals of New York.

28 Meetings, programs and training sessions are forums for the dissemination of important and timely information for loan officers and credit risk professionals. The Association has 452 members and held 12 program meetings during the year.
