Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 When the Form 990 is received from the CPA, the Finance Officer will make copies for each member of the Executive Committee to be given on the next regular meeting. The committee members will have one week to review the forms. The following Tuesday, the Executive Committee will meet to make changes and/or authorize the Finance Officer to sign and file the Form 990 and 990T with the Internal Revenue Service.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The Finance Officer will give the person requesting to view the Post's Form 990 or governing documents a date which the requested documents will be available. At the next regular Tuesday night meeting, the membership will be informed of the request. At the next regular Tuesday night meeting, the Finance Officer will have a copy of the requested documents for the requesting party to view.
