	CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SYSTEM WAS COMPLETED IN FEBRUARY 2012. THE WATER SYSTEM BEGAN PROVIDING WATER SERVICE TO WATER CUSTOMERS IN MARCH 2012. DURING 2012, THE WATER SYSTEM RECEIVED A $229,068 GRANT FROM U.S. DEPT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND A $103,523 GRANT FROM OKALOOSA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. THE 2012 GRANTS WERE USED TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SYSTEM. NO GRANT FUNDS WERE RECEIVED IN 2013, AND NO GRANT FUNDS WERE RECEIVED IN 2014.
