To provide for services to the common areas not provided by any governmental body, such as, to care for, protect, and replant trees, shrubbery and grass on all public right of ways and other related areas. To provide for the plowing and removal of snow from public sidewalks and streets. To provide for the cleaning of streets, catch basins, public sidewalks, and for the repair and maintenance of storm sewers and appurtenant drainage facilities. To provide for the maintenance of the entranceway signage, tennis courts, streets, cul-de-sacs and streams within Brook Forest. To make improvements to the Community Grounds, cul-de-sacs and parkways within streets in Brook Forest and provide such other facilities and services for the express purpose of keeping Brook Forest a highly desirable and exclusive residential community.
