What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATION TO THE BLUE COLLAR EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE BOROUGH OF ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS. THE ASSOCIATIONS OBJECTIVE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF BLUE COLLAR EMPLOYEES OF THE BORO OF ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS. THEIR INTERESTS ARE PRIMARILY EXERCISED DURING LABOR CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE BORO OF ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS.
