Explanation:
I apologize for the tardiness of our return. The fault is entirely mine, as the president and responsible person. Two things came together at an inopportune time: 1. We were remodeling the interior of our Welcome Center which required moving all our records and computer equipment. Things were unorganized for an extended period during the time that filing was required. 2. I am the only staff member involved in active bookkeeping and suffered an illness during the summer that added to my tardiness. I requested an extension but it was denied because it was postmarked after the deadline. I appreciate your consideration of our difficulty and insure you that there was no intent to delay or deceive. It was an honest error deriving from several mitigating circumstances. Thank You. T. A. Allred
