What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Sponsorship of Dog Training and Shows in Agility, Obedience and Trials. Teaches dog owners to be responsible and in control of their animals.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 TMDTC offered 64 different obed-related classes targeted to the general public throughout the calendar year. We also sponsored one training seminar, 3 AKC Obedience-Rally Trials, 1 AKC Sanctioned Match, 1 AKC Agility Trial, and also staffed public education booths at 2 local area pet fairs. TMDTC also has a relationship with the local 4-H Group, and provides a meeting space and mentorship for that program. TMDTC offered AKC Canine Good Citizen and TDI Therapy Dog testing to the general public 6 times in 2015. TMDTC has both a website and Facebook presence for public accessability. TMDTC meets monthly, and encourages interested general public parties to attend and participate.
