| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 | The country club is comprised of members, each member is issued a membership certificate upon paying the prescribed amount. There are different classes of members which are divided principally into "proprietary and "non-proprietary" members. This is based on certain limitations on use of the club facilities and the amount of the membership fee paid. All proprietary members have voting rights and non-proprietary members holding stock certificates prior to April 1 1984 have voting rights. All other non-proprietary members do not have voting rights. |
