| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 | After receiving the completed 990 from our tax preparer, the Executive Director and the Financial Manager present the Draft to the Finance Committee for its review and recommendations. Then after submitting potential clarifications to the Tax Preparer, an updated Draft is submitted to the Executive Committee where after further review it will be approved by the Executive Committee. After being filed, copies of the State and Federal returns are placed on file with the Financial Manager for public inspection. |

| Form 990, Part VII, Section A | Section A includes 15 Regional Directors as well as the 7 Executive Committee Members. The Executive Committee Members are the voting members of the Board who vote at the monthly Board meetings. The Regional Directors meet annually in the spring along with the Executive Committee members to review recommendations from the Executive Committee and various MAR Committees such as the by-laws committee, to approve a Budget proposal for the next fiscal year, approve a slate of candidates for positions on the Executive Committee, and any other items that the Executive Committee or other Board Members want considered at the Annual Meeting. Regional Directors meet regionally every fall to vote on the coming years directors for their region. |
