| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | The CEO, EVP and two VP's salaries are reviewed on an annual basis in January by the executive committee of the Credit Union. An independent consultant conducts a survey of the board in order to document the CEO's annual performance appraisal, the CEO prepares the annual performance appraisal for the EVP and the VP of Finance and the EVP prepares the annual performance appraisal for the VP of Lending. The four senior managers are also evaluated against the collaborative financial and non-financial goals set established for the Credit Union by the Board. The executive committee reviews individual performance appraisals as well as senior managements progress toward institutional goals and a rating is approved for each manager. The rating is tied to a suggested bonus and salary percentage increase based on a grid prepared by an independent 3rd party. The full board then votes to approve or deny the recommended salary increases and bonuses. The last time this process took place was January 2016 |
