Part I, Line 16 Part I, Line 16: [response related to inquiry there, Other Expenses] This includes expenses of $7,360 paid to the Corner Grill for our chapter meal plan. It also includes $55,195 spent on organization sponsored events for alumni and brothers and to operate the house. These house operation expenses did not fall under the "Occupancy, rent, utilities, and maintenance" category, such as purchasing cleaning supplies and furniture.

Part V, Line 34 Part V, Line 34: [response related to inquiry there, Were any significant changes made to the organizing or governing documents?] The chapter By-Laws were updated in April 2015 The qualifications for voting members were changed to include provisions on members losing voting rights if they lost good standing due to academic, financial, or behavioral reasons. Also, the duties of officers and key employees were updated to clearly identify important responsibilities for each position. There were no changes which impacted the purpose of the organization, nor its routine activities and operations.
