Salary is based on performance and salary surveys of peer group credit unions in region credit union is located. The Board grants the CEO to set salaries for other staff. Reviews are conducted annually and salaries are based on surveys of peer group credit unions. Increases are based on performance.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Financial reports are posted monthly in the lobby of the credit union. They are also part of the annual report provided at the annual membership meeting.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	Assets have increased for loans booked, investments purchased and higher cash balances.
