Each officer/member then lists that there is no conflict of interest, or notes any areas of concern. In addition, the board chairperson can inquire if there are any conflicts, and the results will be noted in the minutes, and monitored thereafter at all subsequent meetings. If a conflict is noted with an officer/member, then that person will not be permitted to vote on the related issue at hand.
