What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROVIDE AN EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE MECHANISM TO ENHANCE THE SIGNATORY CONTRACTORS ABILITY TO COMPETE AND INCREASE MARKET SHARE OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS AND THE WORKING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE UNION AND THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT.
