TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE AND FOREIGN CONSULATES, TO ADDRESS THE INDUSTRY'S COMMON PROBLEMS AND TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF USING THE INDUSTRY'S SERVICES TO CONSUMERS AND BUSINESSES. IMPROVE THE PERCEPTION OF BUSINESSES, CONSUMERS, EMBASSIES AND THE U.S. PASSPORT AGENCY CONCERNING THE INVALUABLE SERVICES OF THE INDUSTRY.
