Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Woodforest Civic Association, Inc. board meets the second Tuesday of each month. The tax return will be presented and discussed with the tax preparer before the 990 is signed and submitted.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The Woodforest Civic Association, Inc. has had a long standing Conflict of Interest Policy which states that no current or former Board Member shall receive any form of compensation for their services.
