What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROMOTE FACILITIES FOR USE AS PUBLIC PARKS. TO BUY, HOLD, LEASE, EXCHANGE, SELL AND MORTGAGE REAL ESTATE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ALL OTHER POWERS INCIDENT AND NECESSARY TO THE PERPETUATION OF THE CORPORATION. TO ACQUIRE GRADE AND MAINTAIN REAL ESTATE TO BE USED FOR PARK PURPOSES AND TO TRANSFER SUCH REAL ESTATE AT APPROPRIATE TIMES TO THE CITY OF BELLEVILLE UPON ITS ACCEPTANCE THEREOF.
