Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The organization is made up of persons wishing to join the organization as members. They can become a member by being investigated as to their moral character by the lodge investigating committee and then being voted on by the membership present at the next meeting. Onced approved for membership and paying their annual dues and signing the membership book they become full member with all rights afforded to all other members. The board of directors are elected by the membership along with all other officers at the end of each Lodge year and assume their elected position at the beginning of the new year.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The governing body makes all decisions for day to day operations during the year they serve as officers or directors. All decisions made by them can be overrode by the membership. Some decisions must be made by them in the form of a motion during a regular meeting and some motions require a special notification to members informing them of the meeting and what will be coming up for a vote.
