What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO (1) IMPROVE THE BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY-BASED BUSINESSES IN AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND TECHNOLOGY-BASED BUSINESSES IN OTHER MARKETS WORLD-WIDE; AND (2) BUILD A NETWORK OF AUSTRALIAN, AMERICAN AND NEW ZEALAND NATIONALS WORKING IN THE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR IN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THEIR HOME COUNTRY IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND COOPERATION AMONG SUCH INDIVIDUALS.
