What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CONNECTICUT ASSOCIATION FOR MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THEREAPY IS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION WORKING TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, FAMILIES, AND OTHER SYSTEMS THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PROFESSION AND PRACTICE OF FAMILY THERAPY. THE ORGANIZATION IS A DIVISION OF AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY BASED IN ALEXANDRIA, VA.
