What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants (ABJA) was chartered in 1989 by 14 secretaries as the "Association of Bankruptcy Judges Secretaries" with a purpose to promote the general welfare of its members, to encourage the highest standards of conduct among its members and the profession at large, to promote the continuing education of its members, and to foster among its members a feeling of camaraderie and mutual confidence.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 One of the primary objectives of the ABJA is to offer continuing education programs at its annual meeting and educational conference. This conference, usually held for three days in early October, focuses on professional training as well as personal growth.
