	9300 Contractor is a quarterly publication introduced in the summer of 2013. Its purpose is to showcase the qualifications and expertise of TCAA contractor members to architects, developers, and general contractors in targeted union markets.

	Learning exchange meetings were started in 2013 and eliminatedTCAAs national convention and became a partner in Total Solutions Plus, a national conference hosted by the top four industry organizations. TCAAs former national conventions supported education and outreach that promoted the use of union tile contractors through Learning Exchange sessions held at each convention for contractor members and architects. Joining Total Solutions Plus eliminated our members access to these local architects. To fill the gap, TCAA began hosting regional Learning Exchange programs for union contractors and architects in various locations.

	Total Solutions Plus is a national conference hosted by the tile industrys four primary associations TCAA, National tile Contractors Association, tile Council of North America, and the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association.
