What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, MINNESOTA CHAPTER (TMA/MN) IS A LOCAL CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL TMA ASSOCIATION (TMA). THE TMA SERVES AS A FORUM FOR CONVENING CORPORATE RENEWAL PROFESSIONALS FROM ALL DISCIPLINES TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION, IDEAS, AND KNOWLEDGE ON THE CORPORATE RENEWAL PROFESSION.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 1. THE TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, MINNESOTA CHAPTER (TMA/MN) IS A LOCAL CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL TMA ASSOCIATION (TMA). THE TMA SERVES AS A FORUM FOR CONVENING CORPORATE RENEWAL PROFESSIONALS FROM ALL DISCIPLINES TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION, IDEAS, AND KNOWLEDGE ON THE CORPORATE RENEWAL PROFESSION. THE TMA PROMOTES HIGH STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AND IMPROVED METHODOLOGIES IN THE DISCIPLINE. THE TMA ALSO FOSTERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR CORPORATE RENEWAL PROFESSIONALS.
