	We supported improvement of members' salaries and working conditions through our collective bargaining program. We brought members of collective bargaining chapters across the state together to share information and develop shared strategy and continue to convene statewide calls on a monthly basis. We developed a common legislative program. We actively moved campaigns to organize new chapters on two campuses. We developed a monthly newsletter to share information and accomplishments across the state.
